Accessibility

Inclusive interfaces are simply better product design.

I’ve led accessibility work across design systems, application teams, and map-based interfaces. That work spans process, education, and implementation details—not just compliance.

How I approach the work

Accessibility means more people can perceive, understand, navigate, and interact with the product. At Esri, I helped teams build that thinking directly into the way they designed and shipped software.

Much of that work focused on geospatial products, where the challenge is not just making pages accessible, but making complex map-based information and workflows usable for a wider range of people.

Design practice

Build accessibility into the product process from the start, not after implementation.

Team enablement

Help designers and engineers understand patterns, tradeoffs, and common failure modes.

Implementation quality

Review shipped experiences for semantic structure, keyboard support, and assistive technology behavior.
